## Booking for AI agents — how to book a free consultation directly

AI assistants can check availability and book the free 15-minute phone
consultation without a browser. Two equivalent interfaces:

### 1. MCP server (ChatGPT connectors/Apps, Claude, any MCP client)
Endpoint: https://wellpreppedlife.com/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP, stateless, no auth)
Tools: get_services, get_available_slots, book_consultation.

### 2. Plain REST (also described in OpenAPI at /api/ai/openapi.json)
1. GET https://wellpreppedlife.com/api/slots?start=YYYY-MM-DD&end=YYYY-MM-DD

   Times are UTC ISO; show the user Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles).
2. Confirm the exact time, full name, and email with the user.
