Long-distance caregiver? No problem. Family members can join by video call from anywhere. Many of our clients have children coordinating care from out of state.

How quickly can we start after the consultation?
Most clients receive their first delivery within one week of the consultation. We move quickly because we know good nutrition cannot wait.
Do you bring the ingredients?
Yes. We handle grocery shopping as part of our service so you do not have to worry about a thing. We source fresh, quality ingredients based on your custom menu.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Absolutely. Life happens. You can cancel or reschedule your consultation at any time with no penalty. Just give us a heads up so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Does Medicare cover personal chef meal delivery?
No. Medicare does not cover personal chef meal delivery services. However, most families who hire us spend less per month than a single day in a skilled nursing facility — which Medicare also has strict limits on. We can walk you through the actual cost comparison on your first call.
I live out of state — can I still set this up for my parent?
Yes, and we do this regularly. Family members can join the consultation call by video from anywhere. We handle all coordination directly with your parent or their local caregiver. Many of our clients have adult children coordinating from Seattle, New York, or elsewhere.
